Fans of dancing underneath the kinetic chandelier at tri-level OMNIA Nightclub, inside Caesars Palace Las Vegas, can now while the afternoon away at the hotel’s adjacent OMNIA Dayclub & Skybar. For the 38,000-square-foot, open-air hangout from Tao Group Hospitality, New York architecture and design firm Rockwell Group found inspiration in the French Riviera, adorning the sprawling space with teak wood, plaster, and creamy stone. Throughout, lush greenery plays with emerald hues, instantly conjuring the carefree Mediterranean.

From the street (there’s also a convenient nightclub entrance) guests ascend a grand outdoor staircase brightened by San Diego artist Dan “Nuge” Nguyen’s blue and gold carved ceramic works for Saatchi Art. Then, they settle into shaded, tiered banquettes on the elevated terrace, Skybar cocktail in hand as they gawk at panoramic views of the Strip.

Below is the buzzy heart of the dayclub, where a duo of organically shaped pools is finished in jade tiles and bespoke daybeds encourage lingering. A DJ booth, complemented by VIP seating and LED screens, reinforces the high-octane atmosphere. But the wallcoverings, hatched in collaboration with Los Angeles textile designer Candice Kaye, bring a jolt of unexpected elegance to the boisterous area with their sweeping, handpainted florals. Those craving relaxation more than crowds head to one of the 15 private cabanas, complete with soothing woven textures and discreet plunge pools.
